Rear lights issue
So a friend noticed that my two lower brake lights don't turn on when I brake but work fine if I have my headlights on, meaning they turn on for the trailing lights, but don't brighten or anything when I brake. I know it isn't the fuse because the light above the bed turns on when I brake, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

They should be dual filament bulbs. One filament for running lights, one for brake. My guess is the filaments for brake lights burned out.

Re: Rear lights issue
It's a 94 xlt, do you know where I can find a fuse diagram?

Re: Rear lights issue
Bumping this, tail lights still are working as are every other light. The 3rd, high, brake light works when you press on the brakes, changed the bulbs and all fuses are good, anyone?

Re: Rear lights issue
Ever resolve this? Same issue here. Tail brake lights do not come on, but 3rd brake light above window does, which means fuse fine and brake light switch fine right? Bulbs are fine as well. Would guess its a wiring issue at this point?

Re: Rear lights issue
triple check your fuses. Pretty sure i had a similar problem and it turned out that there are two seperate fuses for 3rd light and tailights. Just triple check your fuses.
