Default Swapping doors.

Hey guys,

I had a 2002 Ford Ranger XLT and a 1998 Ford Ranger XL. I want to switch out the doors from the 2002 and put them on the 1998 because the doors on the 1998 are manual locks and windows and the 2002 has automatic locks, windows, and mirrors.

I can't find any guides on how to do this, could someone link a guide to it or give me some instructions?

From what I can see it's pretty straight forward, I just don't know how to hook up the wires to have all the electric stuff to work.

Thanks

When you open the link delete the two %20 parts in the link address that pops up and add a "-" between ranger and forums. This site doesn't like posts to the other forum.

BTW the harness for the door changed between 99 and 2000 (don't know about other years) but between 1999 and 2000 the passenger side was the same.

Your gonna need a dash harness from your year to get it to work (one made for power windows and locks)
