Turn signal problem
My 93 ranger 5sp 3.0 xlt 2wd keeps blowing the turn signal fuse when put into reverse I replaced the fuse turned my signal on and it works until I put it into reverse then it blows my hazards work my brake lights work but not my reverse or turn signals it even blows if my turn signals are not on when put into reverse

Electrical short somewhere.
Have you messed with the electrical at all recently? Installing or repairing anything? If so, start there.

All I did was remove the transmission to replace the pilot bearing

Did it work fine before removing tranny?

Mods: 5% tint on rear window, JVC KDHDR40 Headunit, Kicker KS-68 speakers, Kicker TCVT102 (10TCVT102) Sub, JVC DRVN KSAX3102 Amp, JVC DRVN KSAX3101D mono amp, Ford black rubber mat, White LED license plate lights. Added 6000k HID Fogs, 6000k Digital HID Heads.
This isn't gramhar skool so dont cry and whine about spelling.

Probably pinched or gouged a wire while removing transmission

Might be check the shifter plate on top. I've done that instaling trannys in semis lol.

Shifter plate? Is that what the shifter actually bolts onto?

I figured it out when I installed the trans I pinched the reverse safty switch between trans and engine block had to remove trans to fix the repair the wires thanks for all the helps guys
