Default No stop lights, running lights, ABS light flashing a "16 code"

Yesterday, all at once my running lights, stop lights stoped working. The. I noticed the ABS light started flashing sixteen times. Headlights, four way hazzards, blinkers, all still work. I looked on Google and found some possible solutions.

Solution 1: Fuses
Checked em, nothing blown.

Solution 2: ABS module bad
Replaced it, no difference.

Solution 3: Bad "Tan/White wire"
Bi passed it, no deal (However it did make the running lights come back...)

Solution 4: Dan brake switch
Replaced it, still no stop lights...

Running out of solutions and running out of time...

Also: Replaced the headlight switch. It too did not fix the issue.

Nope. Also replaced it. However, the ABS light stoped flashing. But still no brake lights. I've basically replaced every component under the dash that might have to do with the problem. The brake light switch, headlight/dimmer switch, ABS control module and I jumped the tan-white wire out of the headlight switch. Still no fuses are blown and no stop lights. I even pulled the tail lenses and checked the bulbs. Now keep in mind that all three components failed at once...

That wire probably melted. Does your radio work?
