Default Power Window Relay Location?

does anyone know which relay controls the power windows in a 96 Ranger, 4.0 , 5 Speed.

I see 8 relays under the dash next to the steering column so I am guessing one of those is for power windows?

Check out pages 315-316 of your owner's manual:

yup found a one touch relay in the panel of 8 relays. replaced, still not working. Replaced the Power Window Relay (Big Blue) under the dash, below steering wheel shaft, and still not working. I am leaning towards the GEM unit now?

I had my power windows not working and replaced the master switch in the driver's door and the driver's side window motor. Still had the problem of the driver's side window failing to go up or down. Further checking found that the new switch was not seated fully into the "female" portion of the switch even though I did secure the two screws. snugged the screws some more and the window now works!
Check for a faulty main switch or loose wires at the connection.
Disconnect the switch at the motor and check for - 12 volts and + 12 volts when activating the switch.

no power is going to the blue/black wire at the switches. I ran power to it from the power mirror and now it works. Will have to do for now. Its old truck and dont want to spend money on it.
