Default Locking Hubs, still no 4x4

I have installed MileMarker locking hubs on my 2000 Ranger,
But... still no power to the front.

But, I can hear the transfer case shift, and when in 4x4 Low, I'm geared down (as I can feel the reduction), I also replaced the front wheel bearing/hub assembly.

So... what else could it be? If I'm shifting fine, and my front hubs are locked... what could be wrong?

You need to determine if the front drive shaft is turning.

Jack the truck up on all 4 corners and put in gear, see if the F. DS is turning.

Its helpful to have a friend there. As if the truck comes down he can put the brakes on!

Was it turning with the hubs unlocked and transfer case in 4x4?

Sorry didn't check, I'd have to try it again. if so, what could it be? My transfer case seems to be shifting, where else could there be a disconnect?

It was turning with the hubs locked and the transfer case in 4x4, but only the rear tires have power.

You need to try it with the hubs unlocked with the transfer case locked in 4x4 to see if it was your transfer case powering your front driveshaft not your front axle being locked in. If youre hubs are locking correctly and your transfer case is transferring power to the front driveshaft and it still does not power the front wheels than you have serious differential damage in the front.

Yes they do but before we start guessing what the problem is we need to know if the transfer case is powering the front drive shaft at all first.

hubs unlocked, in 2wd, drive shaft doesn't turn
hubs locked, in 2wd ds turns

hubs unlocked, in 4x4 hi, ds turns
hubs locked, in 4x4 hi, ds turns...

any idea what it could be?

Ok since the ds turns in 2wd with the hubs locked and it also turns in 4x4 with the hubs unlocked that proves that your front drivetrain is working as it should. At this point the only thing I could guess is that only one of your hubs is locking correctly. To test that you will need to do what pooleo said and get all four wheels off the ground and see if they all turn in 4x4.

I was in a little mud yesterday, and got the back spinning, but the front not... I can feel that the front isn't pulling, so I'll have to get it on blocks later to see if they are getting any power at all, if any.

if they do turn, why don't they have ANY power anymore?
