Default tranny flush

how many quarts of oil do i need to completley flush out all the old oil in my tranny and replace it with new? also, what kind of fluid do you guys reccomend?

SAS'd D44 and 8.8. dual lockers, 36" super swamper tsl radials
some other odds and ends

I just did mine Sun ,info I got was to get hose long enuf to go from the bottom trans cooler line and the return line ,2 hoses,old would come out new would suck in ,but it would not return so I had to refill thru the filler tube till relativly good fluid came out ,then hooked up the lines ,kept 1/2 gal out to top off then top it off ,I used 3 Gal ,good luck
