well i fixed my problem for now. after putting on my ebrake to test it out in the middle of the street my rear tires froze up. and i couldnt move out of the middle of the street. i took wheels/rims and hubs off and jacked with the inside hub mechanisms.

NOW... any mechanic on here please help... my brakes work fine but now when ever i put the ebrake on my rear driver wheel gets locked and i cant go??????? before paying a shop any suggestions on what to do?

Check the e-brake cable it might be getting in a bind where it went in the drum, I had that problem a couple of years ago on my 97 I ended up disconecting it. I would check it tho before I took it to a mechanic.

yes it snaps back and the cable moves freely when the ebrake is pushed in it just doesnt move anything in the wheel hub just the brake will move the stuff in that rear driver wheel hub.
