My truck can't be shifted out of 3rd gear. The clutch is fine, but it appears the transmission has had it. The truck has 146K miles on it, and is in pretty good shape otherwise.

I'd like to put in a used transmission (it's a 5-speed, 2-wheel drive, 3.0L six), and I'm trying to get a ballpark number for the cost of the transmission and labor. Plus, any ideas on where to locate a used tansmission (Milwaukee, WI area)?
