Default Hydraulic line

Hi, me and few buddies are dropping the trans out of his '91 Ranger XLT 4x4 and we having the problem with the line that leads into the slave cylinder. Just wondering if there is a trick to getting the line off, we already removed that white ring so is there anything else we gotta do?

Thanks

You need the white ring clip on there push it up into the quick release fitting and pull voila!

I'm having a similar issue. My line doesn't have a white ring on it and there is no quick-disconnect. I'm soo lost!
