Exclamation clutch assistance

i am new to this but i have a problem i have a 1990 model ranger 2.3 5 speed that has 370,000 miles on it and as far as i know the clutch has never been replaced. about two weeks ago it started not wanting to disengage the clutch popped and hasnt been right since . i bled the clutch and put new bushings in the pedals the only opinion have i got on it is that the pressure plate has give out . is this possible? does anybody have any ideas about it ?
