Default Vibration

I was wondering if anyone can help me. When I'm driving down the road no matter the speed my 98 ranger will start vibration and rattling, I think from the left front tire area. Then when I either put it in 4wd and take it right back out, hit a bump or stop then it goes away for a few min then comes back. I checked to see is the wheel bearing had play in it and made sure the wheel isnt coming off and I just cant figure it out.

Make sure the lug nuts are tight, check your tie rods and have the balance checked on your tires.

Air pressure low, uneven wear, or need for an alignment could also cause a vibration.

Ive checked all that I replaced the hubs thinking it might be the shitty vacuum system on it but its still doing it now Im starting to think its coming from the t-case its self. Its like its trying trying to go in to 4wd but only half way in. So I turn the 4wd on it engages then I turn it off and it quits doing it for a few min.
