On occasion (usually during mornings or when it's been sitting a while), when I put my truck in gear with the clutch all the way down, the gear grinds. It happens mostly with reverse and sometimes with second. It hasn't been a big issue but I just want to know if there's something to do about it. It makes me sound like I'm a noob at manual because the grind lasts for half a second, but I always have my clutch to the floor. This happen with anyone else?

I had the same problem with reverse for over 5 years, I finally replaced the clutch fluid which did improve it but still my truck has the hard shift problem that a lot of other's seem to suffer from. I just deal with it now and when something finally breaks I'll fix it. My take on it is that I believe that the specs on the slave cylinder and throw out bearing are so fine that the slightest amount of wear on those two is enough to cause grinding and hard shifting and thats why it's such a common problem.
