What brand of a Camshaft Synchronizer do you guys recommend for my 1996 3.0?

There has been much discussion about this in the past. a reman from Cardone or a new unit from Ford seems to be the general consensus on this item. Their must be a way to extend the life of these things, ie. lubing the upper bushings, etc.

I cheaped out at first and bought the advanced auto special for the sensor which I later replaced with the motorcraft one.
