Default 4 wheel drive problem clunk clunk

My Ford Ranger is having some problems in 4x4, it clunks while driving and increases as speed increases, ive replaced both CVs and the problem is still there, i thought it might be something electrical so i removed the electric shit motor and Manually put it in 4wd and the problem is still there.... Any help on this problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks for looking

You might also have a bad U joint. If you can get the rear tires off the ground spin a tire back and forth while in neutral and listen for noise.

What year is the truck?

Also have you check the front drive shaft out?

it is a 2003 , i have checked it... i dont see anything unusual but then again idk what to look for on it , i had a problem once with my old toyota but found out it was just a hub but i dont think these rangers have the hubs they are just straight axle? and the transfer case makes it go in 4 wheel ?
