i have a 2008 ford ranger xlt 2wd, i lifted it 12 inches and threw 35s under i swapped the rear end out. What i thought i put under it was 7.5 3.85 gears but now th truck wont do over 55, and i takes me a couple miles to reach it. When i floor it it actualy seems to do less than when i eezz into it. so i wont different gears should i go 4.10 3.08 3.55? help i do alot of interstate driving

yes i actualy traded that truck in the photos you see are the dealer photos that were taken i just bought o new ranger saturday,,,,but im not sure the gears all i know is it dont have any giddy up and no top end.. friend said i may have 4.10

the yellow ranger i had was on 36s and had no problem pulling thos tires and i could do 90 i believe i had 3.55

yes thats what im trying to figure out im not sure if it was 3.55 or not i know i have 35s now and can barley drive it i do plan in the future to put it on 44s what gears do you suggest

read it but the only problem is i dont have factory axle so dont know what gears are in it now so dont know if i should go higher to 4.8s or stay like 3.7s but i appreciate the help
