Default 96 Ford Ranger Clutch Problem (Unable to shift)?

Unable to shift. Bled the line. Didn't help. Replaced the Master Cyclinder. No luck. There is only the spring working. Looking at replacing the Slave cylinder but not wanting to... wondering if it could be something else? Any ideas? HELP!!!
Hoping for someone with some troubleshooting ideas for it as well. Thanks!

Swap the whole clutch pack... Did you "reverse bleed" the master slave assembly? from what I read you have to be under the truck and bleed it backwards up to the reservoir.

Do you have any clutch pedal actuation?

After bleeding, I had to leave mine sit overnight in order to get all of the air out of the system. Just take the lid off of the clutch reserve and add some more fluid the next day. I put a note on the steering wheel so I would not forget to add some more fluid.
