Default drivers front wheel stuck in 4 wheel drive?

So my trucks out of allignment and I was testing to see if my ball joints were bad(jack that side of truck up and use 12&6 hand positions) and the drivers wheel wouldn't spin? I am only in 2wheel drive (and its not my brakes getting hung up) and the wheel won't spin at all..
I can spin passenger side wheel if I jack that side up and do the same thing so it leads me to believe my drivers side is stuck in 4wd..

Anybody have any thoughts on a solution?

Even if that hub was locked the wheel should still spin. Id be looking into other issues. Your brake could be locked up, hub assembly could be bad, CV axle could be bad ect.

Hmm.. well I couldn't imagine its the brake since the wheel moves w out issue on the ground. I can push it by myself even on a slight incline, and it rolls by itself downhill even if its a small hill..
The axle had no play, it was solid on that side(pass side needs replaced). Could be the whole assembly is bad, I have a spare so I'll check it out..
