Default Do i need to change rear end gears?

Hello, all
I'm new in the forum and is great so far i learn a lot of the ranger out ther, 2002 ranger edge 2wd, 33" mt,5-6" lift, K&N air filter, Dyno cut back, flasq pac tunner, so now im wonder if i have to change the gear, and if it will be good to ad some lockers (? type), axle. etc..all terrain to go off roading.
