Default Is this a good price for repair of a 96 Ford Ranger's clutch?

I got a quote of $450. for parts and repair.

Purchase the parts yourself at a parts store (NAPA is strongly suggested) and then have a shop install them You'll save more money that way. Shops charge extra when they source the parts.

yes,if they priced that one out that cheap that's a real good deal on it, i don't think you,ll find another shop that will beat that price on doing that job,make sure they re-surface the fly wheel also,good luck.

Very good price. Some shops won't put on parts the owner buys just be cautious if you decide to try that
