I have heard that, too. I believe it. Having the front end actually engaged is one thing, but in 2wd, simply having the live axle setup shouldn't have a noticeable impact.

well it was easy on it because it was a toyota truck. and anything is possible with a welder and some buddies and a case of beer lol
