Default "Clunk" in reverse?

Over the last couple days ive noticed that when i drive my truck in reverse, like backing out of a parking space or up to a trailer, i hear a loud "clunk" a split second after i accelerate. it doesnt happen if i just ease into it, it only seems to occur when i get a bit "aggressive" in reverse. nothing seems to be working improperly, i just figured id get some opinions from people more knowledgeable than I before it potentially turns into a problem.

ive done a couple searches but most, if not all similar threads dont mention the problem specifically in reverse? im %90 clueless when it comes to this type of thing so any help would be great.

U joints or a loose rear end...check the u bolts holding the axil to the springs.
Could also be the bushing are shot where the rear springs attach to the frame brackets.
