Default Clutch on a 94 Ford Ranger...?

I believe the clutch is burned out on my 1994 Ford Ranger. How much does a repair like this typically cost? I'm planning on selling it, but I'm wondering, Should I pay to have the clutch repaired first, or simply sell it as is? It's got over 200,000 miles on it. Other than the clutch, it appears to work fine.

For the job to be done correctly. The slave (or hydraulic) cylinder that moves the clutch, should be replaced at this time. Thinking it is a 4 cylinder Parts:
slave 125
clutch 125
labor: approx. 300

Hope the throwout bearing is good though... Hate to have replaced everything and it not disengage when the pedal is pushed.
