Default Hydraulic clutch line removal

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REMOVE MY CLUTCH FROM FROM THE SLAVE CYLINDER ON THE TRANSMISSION FOR A WHILE NOW. I NOTICED THAT THERE IS NO QUICK-DISCONNECT AND THERE IS NO WHITE PIECE SHOWING ON THE LINE. I TRIED TRIMMING DOWN A METAL CLAMP WITH THE ADJUSTABLE FLAT HEAD PART TO SLIDE DOWN THE LINE AND PUSH THE WHITE PIECE IN (NOT THERE) AND NOTHING. I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL DIFFERENT PICTURES OF THE AREA. THIS IS GIVING ME A HEAD ACHE, MY PROBLEM STARTED WITH MY HYDRAULIC MASTER CYCLINDER BRAKING OFF OF THE FIREWALL AND NOW I NEED TO REPLACE THE LINE BECAUSE I DID NOT REMOVE IT THE CORRECT WAY FROM THE HYDRAULIC MASTER CYLINDER. I KNOW THAT WHEN I REPLACE THE HYDRAULIC MASTER CYLINDER, IT WOULD BE BEST TO BENCH BLEED, SO THIS IS WHY I NEED THIS LINE OFF. ANY HELP OR TIPS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!! THANK YOU!:eek...

Same problem with my 1987 2.9 5speed 2wd supercab. Seems it was a toyo koygo trans when I replaced the shifter about 20 years ago. No shortage of people telling you how to get the 1994 with a mazda trans to disconnect. I did that one last year with a piece of tin can and you can at least see the connection. This is farther up and I don't know how you got that picture. An endoscope maybe?
I'm thinking this separates from the master cylinder end but will keep searching through all the stupid replies from the body lift city boys at ranger station, ford forum, answers.com,about,ehow. just idiots. a picture of a 95 f150 connector at ford forum aint even close to a 1987 ranger.

Autozone has a picture of the slave cylinder for the 87 2.9L Toyo Koygo transmission. Appears to have a cotter pin.
May need to lower the trans to get to it.

This is such a headache, I just ordered a new line yesterday. I still haven't even got the old one off yet. I hope I won't have to remove the transmission.

And I got that picture with my phone, lol.

Well I guess a good start would be to clean the area some more and take more pictures to see if it does have a cotter pin.

Man...when I do get this line removed. I hope that my new line that is on its way will fit the slave. Because that seems like a special line rather than the Quick-Disconnect lines.

Felt around the bleeder screw and found a large ring and pulled it. Hydraulic line loose.
Looking at your picture, I can see some of the clip where it goes into the connection and maybe where the other leg goes around the outside of the fitting.

Put the pin back in to get this picture. I have dropped the back of the trans after removing the cross member, shifter, driveshaft and the exhaust connection behind the cat converter. Hope to get the clutch out before the turkey is cooked. Phone camera picture here too.
