Default Camshaft Position Sensor-

1999 B2500 2.5L, 5 speed Manual-

Hey guys my truck wont start- Called a mobile Mechanic and he pluged in the computer and it read P0340- said its the Camshaft Position Sensor- Now I really dont know this guy, but he seems straight-up- He said its about 50 bucks for the part and about an hour and a half labor- Totaling $150 bucks.... Does this all seem about right with you guys? I trust you guys and really dont know this guy- And the worse thing would be to spend the money and the trucks not fixed! Thanks, Mike

depending on the brand you want, ranging from 20-46 bucks. i cant see an hour and a half labor though. i havent changed one on a ranger but i have on a saturn, the longest it took me was like 10 min i believe.
