Default Vibration in the drivetrain???

My 91 Ranger ext. cab has developed a vibration in the drivetrain at about 45 mph and then gets better when I get to about 65. I found one bad u-joint then replaced all three u-joints including the carrier bearing, but it's still there. I replaced the transmission fluid and rear end fluid about a year ago so it should all be good. The truck has about 105,000 miles on it and is a great running truck otherwise. Any help would be much appreciated.
