Smile Enough power?

I have a 2.3L L4, do i have enough power to turn these (http://www.readywheels.com/tires/toy...x-10-5-15.html) my ratio is 4.10

SkyJacker Hydro 7000 Shocks
33X12.5 R15
Cut off muffler. Exits before rear tire.

The 4.10 will help the 2.3 may scream a little from them though

I know a guy who runs 31's on his 05 2.3 with I think 4.10's. Doesn't seem to give him any problems.
