Feels like the brake is on, but it is not.

Transmission is probably shot and it won't shift gears.

Is it leaking any fluid?

Check for three items. Linkage, transmission fluid or driveshaft.if this fails change the trans filter and fluid.also check the valve body while you have the cover off. Good luck

I kinda had a similar problem a couple months ago. It turned out to be because a drum brake shoe failed and the pad unglued itself
