Hello, i am planning on putting 33" tires on my 91 ranger after i lift it, and i was wondering if i had to regear it for that size tire? Thanks,

my 3.73 limited slip does fine, but depending on the current wear of your truck now i would consider going 4.10

Buddy of mine is running 33s and 3.73s with a stick it works fine but its gutless now. Mine with 4.10s had a lot more get up and go. With 4.88s it zips.

Actually its the oposite. My mileage is better with 33's and 4.56's than it was with 4.10's. Over working an engine by under gearing it will kill your mileage as fast as anything.
