Default Fso2405-d

Maybe someone could help me. I just notice that in the mornings when I star the truck for the first time on the day and after warming it up a little bit, my second an third gear makes a strange noise , like something is rubbing, not to loud but you can hear it if the radio isn’t on, the shifts between gears is smooth not a problem there. This loud-humming/like-rubbing noise only last like 10-15 minutes in cold mornings. I search and find that maybe I need to refill the trans fluid so I search again and find that for the model of my truck I have to have a M50Dr1 trans. So I crawl under the truck and find out I have a FSO2405-D which I believe is must common in S10 or diesel rangers. So I hope someone could give some directions, is this problem a normal thing? Can I solve it just refilling the trans fluid? What about this eaton trans, it is good? I have a dana 44 4.56 dif and I was planning to maybe put in some 35 muds in the future.
