Amber indicator light (car with swirly lines) is always on!! Trouble??
My instrument panel is showing the "car with swirly lines". When I start the truck it is off. When I put it in gear, maybe by gear #3, the light comes on. What does this mean?

Turns out the guys who installed my bed cap wired the brake light incorrectly. The splice somehow shorted the system and could have fried the module. I am very lucky. Problem fixed, no charge at the Ford dealership. These newer trucks are more electronically sensitive than one would expect.

Invisible or invincible? lol. Id be a nice thing to have at times, because at those times im not in the mood to go down a road sideways when it rains.
