Default 07 ranger sport 2 wheel drive to 4x4

Has anyone done this before and if so what all do i need to perp for this job and any tips ???

That's one hellova job there bro. My advise would be to sell your truck and buy a 4x4. It'd likely be cheaper.

Negative. Not if he buys a manual T-case. It WOULD be a job to wire in a shift on the fly 4x4, buy if you install a manual T-case, your're good to go. This guy done it to his Edge (same thing as a sport)

Depends on what type of 4x4 setup you're trying to go for. Are you going for the factory Dana 35 setup? Or a straight axle setup?

As Scott said, wiring in the 4x4 selector switch would be a little fun, but it's not entirely impossible. If you're going for stock, your best bet is to find a similar year wrecked donor 4x4 truck to grab the parts from.

I may go with the stock set up but wasn't sure what my options where and the best way to go. I was going for the manual t-case just for the fact would be easy to install. But would love to hear some ideas and what all I should need for this overhall ?
