Does it do it when you turn both ways?

Have you tried jacking the truck up off the ground spinning the wheel and have someone turn the wheel?

2wd or 4wd?

You may no thave gotten the castle nut for the bearings tight enough. Kinda seems like it is loose and wobbling.

You are not suppose to torque them down with a impact gun. You are suppose to tighten them down then back it off 1/4 turn. You have to have some play in there. So once you tighten it down and back it off 1/4 turn you should be able to wiggle the rotor.

IMO, you'll need to keep a close eye on those bearings from now on, they could be damaged.
To be honest, replace them. Why risk it.
