Default lunges after putting in park

My truck recently started to have an issue of lunging forward after putting in park and releasing the brake. It also seems to be tougher to shift out of park.

I recently fixed the rear suspension brackets. Could this problem be related to my ebrake or what other suggestions are there?
Its an auto transmission. I can give more details if needed. Thanks for the help.

haha, no. this has nothing to do with that. some other symptoms are that it seems to shift harder now.

I'll keep my foot on the break til after the truck is off and it seems to lunge or creep forward as soon as I lift my foot....on flat ground. something just doesn't seem right but I'm not sure what else to look for.

its not a problem imo my truck does that a little too its just the brakes being released cuz when u brake u still have that potential energy but its not a major lunge

All auto vehicles do it, my dads f350, my moms edge, my brothers saturn,
what happens is the parking pin isnt all the way in place yet, so when the truck rolls forward or back a bit, the parking pin locks, creating that "lunge"

Also it being harder to shift out of park is showing that the vehicles weight is on the parking pin.
