Default steering question

when i am not moving my truck makes a noise when i turn the wheel side to side. there is plenty of fluid in there any ideas on what it might be? it sounds like somethin needs to be greased up

Mods: AEM Brute Force air intake, Throttle body spacer, dual exhaust, leveling kit, 3in body lift, 15x8 black pacer rims wrapped with 33x12.5xr15 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, Hella 500 offroad lights, cobra cb with wilson 1000 antenna, Sony head unit, 500 watt amp with 12inch sub.

If it's a whining noise it's the power steering and every ford that i have seen does it.

By the way, just a little info on this, but when you turn the wheel side to side, you are actually bleeding the system of any air; so, what I would do when you turn the wheel side to side is to open the hood and check your fluid. If it looks bubbly, you probably had air in the lines. And, if that is the case, just top it off, and you should be fine.
