Default humming and pulls to one side

Had grinding like noise coming from right front, so replaced wheel bearings on that side, was gone until I turned to right then it started again. it will pull to one side or the other now along with the grinding noise, could it be a ball joint or tie rod end?

I jacked up the left side and tried to move tire from top to bottom and no movement like on right side.
