Yea I say fuck it and just go for it. Besides, if your front end components grenade on you, sell those brand new tires and fix that shit.

I wouldn't go any lower than 4.88's, 5.13 the pinion is getting pretty dam small. Even the 4.88's I think are going to be weak. You need a bigger axle I would think

Wait... maybe we should think about who we are referring to before posting comments like that.... I don't see one person in here "hating"... thanks

Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD do it. Go ahead and get the 38's and prove me wrong. You are looking for advice so thats what I gave.

Easy there spanky, yeah I asked for the advice, and you gave it. I never said what I was even planning to do. I appreciate the advice, but it was a question and nothing more than that. I think the guys saying haters didnt make it to be in a literal sense. I appreciate the input because I wouldnt have thought about the hubs

as far as the ring and pinion gears, you can have them kryogenically frozen for pretty cheap and it makes them a loooooot stronger.

You could do this, but I don't know anywhere that this is necassarily cheap per say. Also, there are options our there that are far better then that.

That's cheaper then I've seen it, but I'm not sure if the gain is worth the pain
