Default Transmission fluid change in 05 ranger

I've got an '05 Ranger with a 3.0L V-6 and automatic transmission. It's got 33k miles on it and the owner's manual says to change the transmission fluid at 30k miles if eqipped with a Torqshift transmission. Other transmissions require only a fluid check. I have yet to find what type of transmission this vehicle possesses, but I am inclined to believe that Torqshift transmissions are used only in Ford's Heavy Duty trucks (F-250, Diesels, etc.). Any input would be greatly appreciated!
