Angry reAr end vibration

where to start, had new goodyear tires put on all fours, and i did an complete brake job myself. this is an 06 with 4wh drive extend cab, auto,75 k miles. has a real bad vibration at 60 to 75. took back to goodyear, they replaced two tires, rotated back to front etc. i replaced right rear axle seal due to bad leak during brake overhaul. ive tried these things, leave one tire on the ground other tire up and run up to 60 mph vibration vibration severe. did both sides this way with same results. pulled brake drms off and mounted wheels back on and did the same no vibration from right rear very little from left. xechanged drums from parts store in stalled back to vibration.axles feel solid, pulled twice and see no damage to them from bearings. have quite an clunk when shifting from d to r. have not pulled drive shaft, checked joints seem solid. anyone have any ideas?
