Default 4x4 stuck

I have a 99 sport, and i was playing with the 4x4 and it got stuck in the 4x4 low and i dont have manual locking hubs anyone know how to fix this??

so 4x4 isnt engaging? I would start by taking apart the auto hubs, to make sure they are greased and working properly

i think he means its stuck in 4x4 low.

To take it out of 4lo, you need to be in Neutral with your foot on the brake. That is usually what gets most people thinking it is broken, because they aren't doing that.

If that doesn't fix it, a few love taps on the transfer case with a tire iron historically does the trick.

And after you do what Matt said, you may have to drive it in reverse for a few yards for it to fully disengage.

It's literally 6 bolts to remove the transfer case shift motor...take it off and grease it. (with ELECTRIC freindly grease only!)

never mind got it fixed thanks anyways, it was the neutral with the brake that got me
