Default Transfer case linkage

I lost the ability to shift in and out of 4 wheel drive, my mechanic says the linkage to the transfer case is shot (especially the bushings). I'm 90% sure I have the Borg Warner 1354 (mechanical). Apparently Ford doesn't make the linkage parts anymore, and local junk yards don't have anything, but there must be someone out there that has something that would work. I've contacted a few places I found on the Web with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

I would check to make sure the linkage didnt come out of adjustment though. there are only two bolts that hold the linkage to the tranny housing. Its very simple to adjust, and believe me if its outta whack it will make it impossible to move that lever.

I can see the bushings being shot(being that they are weak plastic and break easily), but I don't see the entire linkage being 'shot'.

I got all new bushings from the Ford dealer when I put my manual tcase in the truck.
