Default power steering judder

So last night like a ******* I ran out of gas... So I had to push my car into a parking lot, and to get it in the parking lot I had to push the car from the back and then I had to run into my car and turn the wheel to get in. Fortunately a kind soul from John Wayne Airport saw me pushing my car and gave me a hand. He had a gas cannister as well and we ran to the gas station to fill it up. After we filled it up I drove away. The first turn I took was a u turn in the parking lot so I had to really cut the wheel to do the turn. When I did it the steering wheel kinda juddered. I didnt feel it again til I was pulling into my driveway at home... It seems it only does it when I really cut the wheel. Any ideas?

If you turn the steering wheel when the engine is off, it tends to get air into the power steering system. There is a bleeding procedure in the manual but you can often get rid of the aeration and "judder" by driving it slowly and gently in figure 8's.
