Default motorcraft oil filter

I have synthelic oil with a motorcraft filter and I was think will the filter last till 5,7k?.

You can run syn. lube longer than you should run the filter.
Change it every 3k miles or so.
Fram makes an extended use filter to match syn. lubes life. I think it (claimed) 7 to 10k miles before changing.

K&N Oil Filters are designed for Synthetic Oil. Kind of pricey but high quality for sure. About $2 more than a Mobil 1 Premium filter. I think the K&N are slightly bigger.

^^Agreed, I run synthetic oil with motorcraft filters and change the oil every 5k. I found motorcraft filters in Walmart for just over 4.00 so stock up!

I have seen Motorcraft filters with 50K miles on them, vehicles were owned by idiots but the filters held up!

yeah I here ya! 3.67 here - I will never use a fram filter! I use them before on my car and didnt like em

i run motorcraft synthetic blend with a motorcraft filter. truck was built with it so thats what it gets.
