Default Noisy new drum brakes

okay just put on new shoes and got my drums turned, the shes are fully adjusted in so they wouldnt be too tight. they make a noise like they are slightly rubbing on the drum. i just got back from a 350 mile trip and they are still rubbing. and my brakes still pulsate only when going about 70mph and i brake. the front brakes and rotors are fine.

help please!

thanks.
