lol thats hilarous ok thanks for the advice im gonna try that trick with the jackstands and see whats up and put the lockouts on but wont be able to until april monies tight i live in michigan and dont go back to work until april 1st but thats where my first check is goin lol thanks for all the help and i will keep you all updated and im sure more questions will arise

Alright sounds good. Id go with the manual ones, they're much much more reliable. You wont be dissapointed. Let us know what happens.

ok heres the deal ive yet to lift truck and check the 4x4 but today i put it in 4x4 put the truck in neutral and the front driveshaft locked in and when i put it out of 4x4 the drive shaft unlocked so my question is dose this mean my transfercase is good? and dose this mean my hubs are shot? thanks in advance

Sweetness! so i want to get manuel lockout hubs what are some good ones to go with? and at a decent price (not cheap) that are good for the 4.0 rangers?

I've got Warn. I'm sure others will suggest them as well. They work great.

Get mile marker. Ive had good luck with them and theyre on sale right now on Summitracing for $80. Make sure you order the conversion kit from broncograveyard.com You'll save $20ish bucks

Any manual hubs are pretty fail proof, being that they are so simple. Brand wont matter too much. I have warn hubs and they always work. My buddy had rugged ridge hubs and they always work. So its up to you. Id just get the cheapest ones you can find. My buddy didnt need a conversion kit on his.
