Maybe a stupid question, but the transmission in my 2001 4x4 4.0L ranger is leaking where the transmission and transfer case meet. My question is, do the transmisson and transfer case share fluid? I have tryed silicone to stop the leak, but it came back again. im probably going to leave it alone, but i need to make sure the transfer case isnt going to loose all the fluid.
