Default what could be wrong with my front end?

i have been noticing that my radiator seems to be burning coolant and there is no leaks in the radiator what could be wrong with it? your advice would be appreciated

it could be slowly leaking in to the motor itself, or there may be a leak, just its very tiny and you dont see it. check your oil, if it is milky looking, that is a sign of it leaking in to your motor.

i checked the oil and its fine when i drive someplace far i check it after it cools down and its down about a quart or so

could it be the rasdiator cause my trucks got 173,xxx miles on it.

no the radiator it self would not burn the coolant, it has to be some sort of other issue.

yes, if your head gasket is going bad, that could be leading to your coolant disappearing.

sadly my truck is doing this too and im worried but i hope it keeps lasting. get a pressure tester for the coolant system and pressurize it and look for leaks.

There's alot of ways it can cook off coolant.
Somethings to look for are Rise in operating temperature, (usually hard to notice on analog meters), failed thermostat, Faulty hoses(flimsy, expand alot- this can leak when under high pressure and you not even notice unless it is under load), check plugs for shiney appearance, and my favorite is cup hands over exhaust pipe, for condensation buildup, or my second favorite smell exhaust for a sweet pissy smell with bite! you'll know.
