Default Trouble shifting into gears HELP!!!!

I have a 2005 ford ranger with a 5 speed and a 2.3L. Recently the clutch has dead space on top( from when I push the clutch petal to abouthalf way down nothing happens[there is very little pressure]) at a stop I have to use both hands to push it into 1st and as I do it tries to roll forword. It doors this for every gear. When slowing down I can push in the clutch and put into 2nd at 20mph and 1st at 10mph. When I put it in reverse, sounds like it's grinding, but I can slam past it. When driving down the road it drives perfectly fine. Has a new clutch, and the fluid if full. Please help me with this. I think I need to adjust my clutch cable and bleed the lines, but not sure

defintly sounds like a slave cylinder problem to me.. oh and if you hear a grinding sound you shouldnt try to still get it into gear.. thats really bad for the tranny
