front diff.
it was warm today so I change my engine oil,while under the truck I looked at the front diff. and saw a little bead of oil on the bottom of the housing,I want to change oil and clean it out and reseal it 1 day this yr. but why does ford make it so hard to change the little thing on this truck by blocking the front cover?.

Do you have any gear wrenches? That might get those bolts off in the tight spaces. I eventually have to do a fluid change on my girl friend's Exploder Sport, so this thread peaks my interest. There isn't a lot of room up there.

no gear wrenches! but I have a suction pump to get the oil out,I think I'l do that instead of taking it in.It would be nice if ford gave you say 6" of room to get the cover off.

nothing fits up front to get it off the cove gets stuck on the studs
