would it be worth my while to put slotted rotors on with ceramic pads? or would i better off sticking with OEM rotors and pads?

Not sure if you know but you need to wipe them down once you get them with brake cleaner and a clean rag. They come with oil type stuff on them so they dont rust and you need to get it off before you put the rotors on.

Some also come already with the races installed. If they dont you will have to remove yours to install into the new ones. The races are the part the wheel bearing rides on.

Yeah and if you dident buy new wheel bearings you'll have to knock them out of your old brake rotors with a hammar and something I just used a punch then clean them out and then repack them and put them in your new ones.

Do not oil your rotors, this will prevent you from stopping, you do need to grease your bearings in them though. You're rotors are going to rust, it's part of their life. You really don't need drilled and slotted rotors either unless you tow a lot, live around a lot of real mountains, not these hills like here in Tennessee, you're lifted, or you race your truck. Same goes for ceramic pads. Although I am a hot rodder by choice, and well more stopping power never hurt anyone.
